Public Records Request

As a state agency, the Arizona State Board of Equalization (SBOE) will process your public records request in accordance with Arizona statutes.

All Public Record Requests concerning the Arizona State Board of Equalization may be submitted to the SBOE by mail, hand-delivery or email ([email protected]).

For hand-delivery, agency hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (Closed Holidays)

Fees pertaining to public records requests, if applicable, are included in the Public Records Request form.  By the submitting the Public Records Request for the Arizona State Board of Equalization, you are agreeing to any applicable fees.
