Susan Fair

Ms. Fair has been actively involved in the real estate profession and ad valorem field since 1972.

Ms. Fair is retired from the Maricopa County Assessors office where she started as a property appraiser. She became an area supervisor and was instrumental assisting in the development of ad valorem valuation techniques. Susan is an expert witness in court testimony.

Ms. Fair maintains an Arizona Real Estate Sales license.
