Arizona State Board of Equalization Property Valuation and Classification Appeals

During 2021, the Arizona State Board of Equalization (SBOE) launched a new online appeals application titled ‘Property Valuation and Classification Appeals’ which allows users to file appeals to the SBOE online and manage their appeals as they progress through the appeals process.

All users of the prior SBOE appeals application will be required to update their password and activate their account on the new appeals application.
